The Central Bank of Syria confirmed the continuation of work in its general administration in Damascus and its branches in the governorates, on Sunday and next Tuesday, for operations related to import and export.
And the central bank indicated in a statement that SANA received a copy of it that work will also continue in its general administration in Damascus and its branches in the governorates next Saturday, corresponding to 29-1, for all banking activities related to the bank’s work.
The Presidency of the Council of Ministers had issued a communication to suspend public authorities during the period from Sunday 23-1-2022 until Thursday 27-1-2022, in order to take all possible measures to ensure an appropriate response to the prevailing weather conditions.
