London-Sana
Oil prices rose today by one percent due to fear of a shortage of supply.
Reuters reported that Brent crude futures rose 87 cents, or 1.0 percent, to $88.76 a barrel.
US West Texas Intermediate crude futures rose 86 cents, or 1.0 percent, to $86.00 a barrel.
The two benchmarks rose for the fifth consecutive week last week, about two percent, recording their highest level since October 2014, and prices have risen more than ten percent so far this year due to fears of tight supply.
