Jeffrey Epstein's 'Orgy Island' is up for sale for $125 million

Also called “island of pedophilia”, Little Saint James was, between 2001 and 2019, the ideal refuge for the sex trafficking of minors of the American magnate.

Located in the Virgin Islands archipelago in the Caribbean, Little Saint James Island belonged to American billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, accused of sexual assault and rape of minors, who died in August 2019 in his prison cell.

Baptized by the media “island of pedophilia” or “island of orgy”, it sheltered, among other places, the sex trafficking of the real estate magnate.

As the

Wall Street Journal

reported , on March 23, the island has just been put on the market, sold with its sidekick Great Saint James Island, for the modest sum of 125 million dollars (nearly €113 million).

The money from the sale should cover the costs of the lawsuits and the cost of maintaining the properties.

Unlike Great Saint James Island, which Jeffrey Epstein acquired in 2016, three before his incarceration, Little Saint James has its liabilities.

Bought in 1998 by the latter, it covers 28 hectares, has a heliport, a private quay, a service station, two swimming pools, three private beaches and a residential complex.

However, it is in the intimacy of this large residence that the American financier would have reduced many young girls, aged 12 to 17, into sexual slaves, under the eye of his accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell.

The latter was found guilty of six counts on December 29, 2021.

Between 2001 and 2019, the duo would have brought in dozens of minors, first claiming paid “massages”, transformed into sexual favors.

The young girls would then have been sequestered on the island (confiscation of passports and repeated threats) before being “sold” to personalities from the network of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Mawxell.

Among their main accusers, Virginia Roberts Giuffre claims to have been the victim of their trafficking, and forced into sexual relations with Prince Andrew when she was 17 years old.

In mid-December, an amicable agreement was finally reached between Virginia Giuffre and the Duke of York.

A huge portfolio

The islands of Little Saint James and Great Saint James are added to the immense real estate heritage of the American billionaire, consisting of a mansion on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, sold for 51 million dollars in March 2021, and a Palm Beach house sold for $18.5 million the same month.

Still on the market are these two falsely heavenly acquisitions, as well as a Parisian apartment and several houses in New Mexico.
