Stored organic waste generates biogas, captured by Veolia then sent to a Wagabox, a production unit developed and managed by Waga Energy to produce biomethane.

The two companies already jointly operate a production unit in Saint-Palais (Cher).

Two others, in the Manche and in the Drôme, will be operational this year.
