The Executive Director of the National Iranian Oil Company, Mohsen Khajeste Mehr, said that the production capacity of Iranian oil has returned to the level before the unjust embargo imposed on the country.
Khajestha Mehr said in a television interview, "This matter was achieved within the past six months thanks to more than 1,800 operations that were implemented in oil wells and more than 250 basic restoration operations, explaining that this important achievement was achieved despite the conditions of the unjust embargo and economic pressures, as the level of oil production in The country was about 3 million and 838 thousand barrels per day before the new ban, that is, in September 2018.
Khojateh Mehr pointed out that the level of Iranian oil exports increased by 40 percent at the height of the unjust embargo, pointing out that Iran was and still is one of the countries that occupies a leading position in the world in oil and gas reserves and production.
