Oetker withdraws completely from Russia because of the war.
The family business announced on Friday that it was selling all shares in its Russian subsidiary to the previous Russian managing directors, thereby ending all activities in the country.
The company stopped all exports to Russia, all investments in the Russian sister company and all national marketing activities immediately after the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
