A 100% female mentoring program
To support and encourage women who are taking the plunge into entrepreneurship, She's Mercedes has developed a unique support program based on sisterhood, mentoring, sharing and caring.
Designed as a real accelerator, She's Mercedes aims to connect women, help them meet new challenges and realize their projects thanks to a unique system led by inspiring and experienced mentors.
During season 1, Pauline Laigneau (Gemmyo), Julia Bijaoui (Frichti) and Cordelia Flourens (Elles font YouTube) guided duos and trios of mentees eager for advice.
Claire Chappet and Charlotte de Laitre (Be my nest), Noélie Balez (Pampa) and Olivia de Fayet and Fanny Saulay (Wilo & Grove) have thus benefited from the expertise of these exceptional women.
The adventure continues this year with a completely renewed promotion.
Among the mentors are business leaders Carole Juge-Llewellyn (Joone), Isabelle Rabier (Jolimoi), Agathe Wautier (The Galion Project) and Cathy Closier, founder of Season restaurants.
Privileged encounters, coaching sessions, workshops… Throughout the program, mentees will benefit from 100% personalized, even more advanced supervision, intended to help them progress more quickly, in the right direction.
She's Mercedes is also aimed at the general public.
Talks and a new season of the podcast launched last year will offer anyone who wishes the opportunity to open up new perspectives.
