Since the introduction of the Personal Training Account (CPF), employees can see in real time on the Moncompteformation.gouv.fr website how much money they have available for training.
The objective: that everyone manages their training throughout their career.
To help them, those who have worked between half-time and full-time receive 500 euros per year credited to their CPF account, with a ceiling of 5,000 euros.
But while only 3% of employees use all or part of their CPF each year, one wonders where the amounts never used go.
