At the origins of the project, there are Gabrielle Joinau and Audrey Chuquet.

In 2016, the two entrepreneurs founded Audrey & Gabrielle, a high-end Parisian interior design firm, dedicated to individuals.

Eager to offer tailor-made and more comprehensive support to their clients, the two founders want to go further.

They are then confronted with the realities of the real estate market: lack of rigor and consistency, multiple interlocutors, missed deadlines, administrative delays, pitfalls when selling, moving in or renovating.

With the aim of putting service back at the heart of the client / professional relationship, the two architects created Blikk in 2020. This service is intended to help individuals with real estate projects, at each stage of their reflection and their realization.

Two conditions: requirement and quality.

Aware of the challenges of tomorrow's real estate and expectations in terms of digitalisation, Gabrielle Joinau and Audrey Chuquet are joining forces with Rashad Karanouh in their project.

Rashad is an engineer experienced in new technologies and NFTs, who accompanies them on the digital development of the startup as CPO (Chief Product Officer).

Simplify processes and restore trust

As the founders like to point out, 75% of French people have confidence in real estate, which they consider to be a profitable and safe investment.

On the other hand, 62% of them also find that the acquisition process is long and can be strewn with obstacles.

Developed around an application, Blikk offers a whole range of dematerialized services intended to simplify the acquisition and sale of real estate.

Real-time updates, budget transparency, and accurate, detailed planning help track project execution.

Transactions are carried out online as they occur, the customer can also consult all the administrative documents on his dedicated space, in a dematerialized way.

Through its services, Blikk is particularly aimed at a Parisian and Ile-de-France clientele made up of entrepreneurs, investors, senior executives and expatriates.

In this segment in particular, the agency is interested in the approximately 300,000 French people who leave France each year and the 200,000 who return, nearly 60% of whom experience difficulties related to real estate investment.

International growth and ever more careful service

In the years to come, Blikk's ambitions should push the agency beyond French borders.

Gabrielle Joinau and Audrey Chuquet want to deploy their expertise in Europe and then internationally by 2030.

The entrepreneurs also wish to continue to surround themselves with partners of excellence to guarantee quality follow-up, from A to Z: notaries, bankers, brokers, real estate agents, interior designers, craftsmen, movers.
