Today, the Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection issued a decision that included setting the selling prices per ton of Portland and Pozzolanic cement, oil well cement and sulfate resistant produced by factories and companies affiliated with the General Organization for Cement and Building Materials.
In its decision, of which SANA received a copy, the ministry set the price per ton packed for the consumer of 32.5-caliber Portland cement at 397,760 Syrian pounds, 42.5-caliber cement with 413,490 pounds, 32.5-caliber pozzolani cement with 301,670 pounds, oil wells cement with 458,450 pounds, and sulfate-resistant cement with 436,680 pounds.
The price list also included specifying the sale price per ton of excess to the consumer of 32.5-caliber Portland cement at 341,030 Syrian pounds, 42.5-caliber cement at 355270 pounds, 32.5-caliber pozzolanic cement at 254150 pounds, oil well cement with 395,930 pounds, and sulfate-resistant cement at 376240 pounds.
The ministry stated in its decision that the spatial fees in addition to the reconstruction fee and any other fees are imposed later and added to the consumer bill on the prices mentioned above, stressing that violators of the provisions of this decision are subject to the penalties stipulated in Legislative Decree No. 8 of 2021.
