The expression is there to make you dream.
It was imagined by the Paris City Hall in November 2014. It was a call for innovative urban projects launched among architects, developers, investors and other real estate designers on 23 Parisian sites, properties of the city or its partners. .
One of the most emblematic, won by property developer Emerige and David Chipperfield Architects in 2016, will be delivered soon.

Morland Mixité Capitale, the building's new name, benefits from an ideal location, on the banks of the Seine and in the heart of the 4th arrondissement.
