Tomorrow, the Ministry of Economy and Foreign Trade will launch the “Syrian Source Encyclopedia” electronically, during an event at the Sheraton Hotel in Damascus.
The encyclopedia aims to develop the export process and marketing of Syrian exports and enable access to international markets by introducing Syrian products of all kinds.
The Assistant Minister of Economy for Economic Development Rania Ahmed said in a statement to SANA reporter that the encyclopedia is a platform for importers from all countries of the world to meet with Syrian producers through an induction program on Syrian products that takes into account a clear identity for each product or service with its Syrian specificity, pointing out that the encyclopedia It will be issued at the end of this year in the form of a printed guide.
Ahmed added that the encyclopedia enables the exporter to obtain all the necessary information, expertise and support services related to strengthening the export environment in Syria and contributes to building the basics and strategies for export promotion, indicating that it provides an export guide for small and medium-sized companies and the most prominent export procedures and introduction to logistics service providers.
The group includes several sections: (How to become an exporter), (Export Procedural Guide), (Information on International Markets), (Export Services), (Encyclopedia Media Center) and (Online Store under the name “Shopping in Syria”), in addition to various studies on products. Syrian export with an interactive detailed map of the distribution of Syrian products by governorates.
