Budapest - Sana
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban declared this evening a state of emergency in his country to allow an "immediate response" to the repercussions of the situation in Ukraine.
AFP reported that the Hungarian parliament made a constitutional amendment earlier today that gives the country's government the power to declare a state of war emergency because of what is happening in neighboring Ukraine.
Orban said on Facebook that the world was on the verge of an economic crisis and Hungary should stay out of this war and protect the financial security of its families.
Orban's announcement came a few minutes after the formation of the new government.
