Gold prices rose today in the local market by 3 thousand pounds per gram of 21 karat, compared to yesterday, which had recorded 201,000 pounds.
The Craft Society for Crafting and Jewelery Making in Damascus stated in its bulletin issued today that a gram of 21 karat gold sold for 204 thousand Syrian pounds and a purchase price of 203500 pounds, while a gram of 18 karat sold price reached 174857 pounds and a purchase price of 174357 pounds.
