Vladimir Rogov, a member of the Main Council of the Military and Civil Administration of the Zaporozhye region, announced that farmers in the region began transporting their grain to the port of Berdyansk to resume its sea export.
"The grain is transported to the port for export, and we are talking about not just one wagon or even one train, but thousands of tons," Rogov said in an interview with the Russian Tass news agency, published today.
Rogov pointed to the duplicity and hypocrisy of the Americans as they impose sanctions on Russia and want to benefit in the grain market.
The head of the Civil Military Administration of the region, Yevgeny Palitsky, said recently that the grain reserves of last year's crops amounted to 1.5 million tons, explaining that part of these grains will be exported abroad, while another part will be transferred to grain reserves.
