Fraud committed by an organized gang, with the aim of defrauding both the family allowance funds (Caf) and their recipients or even with damages of more than 100,000 euros per file, i.e. more than 10 times the amount of the average fraud.
These are the targets of the National Stakes Fraud Service created a year ago and fully operational since last fall.
