Passportcard's new service, designed to make it easier for the company's customers to deal with the tens of thousands of daily flight delays, was launched as part of Passportcard's professional and annual agents' conference, which took place for the first time in 3 years.

The new service is added to the premium services that the company offers to its customers, and will form part of the company's service standard, at no extra charge.

The service offers customers of the company whose flight was delayed by over 90 minutes, booking a VIP lounge at over 650 terminals and 1200 lounges around the world.

The reservation will include up to 6 hours of stay and use of the lounge facilities, such as internet and refreshments 24 hours a day.

As a market leader in PassportCard, she recognized the need for a post-Corona epidemic, and addressing the experience of flight delays abroad, a problem created by a shortage of workers at airports and airlines in Israel and around the world.
