This is the consequence of a computer problem last weekend and a strike in Paris airports.
About 35,000 pieces of luggage ended up stuck at Roissy airport while passengers boarded for their destinations.

According to Clément Beaune, the new Minister of Transport still 20,000 pieces of luggage are still waiting to find their owners.
He told BFM TV that he hoped this "problem" would be resolved within "five to seven days".

At the beginning of the week, the director general of Air France already presented her "deep and sincere apologies" after these disturbances.
"The rerouting to the destination of all the delayed baggage will take up to several days," Anne Rigail pointed out in a message to customers.
For the record, passengers deprived of luggage on arrival and having incurred the costs of basic necessities (clothing, hygiene products) can request reimbursement from the company.
If the baggage has not been found within 21 days, its owner may be compensated up to 1,607 euros, with supporting documents, under the terms of the Montreal Convention governing certain aspects of air travel.
