The Syrian Investment Authority granted an investment license to the second “three-star” tourism project in the Hamirat Sergaya area in the Damascus countryside, in accordance with the provisions of Law 18 of 2021.

According to the director of the Syrian Investment Authority, Madian Diab, the estimated cost of the project is about 24 billion pounds, and it is expected to provide 125 job opportunities.

On the project, Diab explained to the SANA delegate that the site enjoys a wonderful mountainous nature and overlooks the Zabadani Valley and Ain Hour. The area of ​​​​the land to be built on is about 18 dunums, and it contains a hotel with an innovative design and a swimming pool, in addition to the restaurant block. The site also contains green areas, water bodies, children's playgrounds, corridors and parking. for cars.

On the twenty-sixth of last month, the Investment Authority granted an investment license for the first four-star tourism project in the Al-Heisha real estate area in Tartous Governorate, at an estimated cost of 48 billion Syrian pounds, as the project provides 158 job opportunities.

Thus, the number of investment licenses granted by the authority according to the new investment law reached 37, at an estimated cost of 1452 billion pounds, and it is expected to achieve 3,566 new job opportunities.
