The Ministry of Economy and Foreign Trade has extended the period for submitting the electronic questionnaire for assessing the investment environment and doing business in Syria until September 20, due to the increase in the number of those wishing to participate in it.
In a statement, which SANA received a copy of, the ministry called on the owners of projects and activities, regardless of the size of these projects, whether large-medium-small-micro and whatever their field of work is agricultural-industrial-commercial-service and whatever their geographical location is to participate in the questionnaire because its results will be the focus of the ministry’s work in coordination With all concerned parties to come up with decisions that would develop the business environment in Syria and stimulate the development and development of economic activities.
On the 27th of last August, the Ministry of Economy launched a questionnaire to assess the investment environment and doing business in Syria for the year 2022, with the aim of identifying the most important obstacles and problems that the business environment suffers from locally.
The ministry asked the participating economic actors to fill out the electronic questionnaire form on the ministry's media platforms, the website, the ministry's official page on Facebook and Telegram, until the 10th of September.
