Would "madness" have touched the Élysée?
While for several days, the unions have been urging the executive not to try to pass the pension reform as part of the social security finance bill (PLFSS), a hypothesis described as "madness", by Laurent Berger , the scenario is however on the table at the Élysée.
If officially the decision is in the hands of Matignon, unofficially, Emmanuel Macron wants to go quickly, very quickly, with a reform voted before the end of the year and applicable from next summer, at the risk of rushing the unions.
