Groupe Premium: the rise of an expert group in wealth management Groupe Premium
The dynamism of the Premium Group reinforced by its new investors
Groupe Premium was created in 2000 by its current president, Olivier Farouz.
Since then, the group has become one of the
leaders
in wealth management on the French market.
A dominant position which was reinforced by the buyout of part of the capital by
Montefiore Investment
in 2018.
In 2021, another investment fund,
Eurazeo
, took the place of Montefiore Investment.
In the space of just four years, Groupe Premium's turnover has thus multiplied by five, including external growth, to reach
126 million euros
at the end of 2021.
After insurance brokerage and asset management, the entry into the capital of Eurazeo was accompanied by the birth of a third activity for the group:
Wealth Management Consulting
(CGP), a promise of new growth in its turnover over the coming years, especially as Groupe Premium now wishes to extend its activities
internationally
by setting out to conquer Europe.
One parent company, three complementary business lines
Groupe Premium is a company with activities centered on
wealth management
.
These can be split into three broad categories:
Brokerage, via Predictis and Capfinances;
Asset management, through Flornoy Ferri;
Wealth management consulting since 2021, with Leone Kapital, I-Kapital, Renard Partenaires, Linard Charbonnel and Groupe Forward
Like its parent company, Predictis is a
historic subsidiary
.
Groupe Premium has also developed its brokerage activities through Capfinances, which specializes in life insurance and wealth management.
Together, Predictis and Capfinances have been the
leading brokers
in life insurance, savings and retirement savings in France since 2015.
In terms
of asset management
, it is under the name of Flornoy Ferri that Groupe Premium offers its expertise to its clients, both private and institutional.
The company's activity is approved by the
Financial Markets Authority
(AMF).
As for wealth management advice, this activity is recent because it was born in
2021
when Eurazeo entered the capital.
In total, more than
6 billion euros
are currently managed by Groupe Premium, with the objective of reaching 10 billion by 2025.
A group with strong values of social justice
To cope with the rapidity of its growth, Groupe Premium has more than
1,000 employees and partners
distributed within the parent company and its subsidiaries.
Meritocracy, social mobility, social justice… all these values are part of the Premium Group's DNA.
In order to support the company's
CSR
policy , Graig Monetti, former Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Higher Education, was recently recruited.
To retain its employees and partners, the company relies on these
strong values
, displayed and which, above all, translate into action.
The group's 351 employees and partners hold 49% of Groupe Premium's
capital
, ie approximately one-third of the company's workforce, with the remaining 51% belonging to the Eurazeo investment fund.
