Qiryat Gat
A 4-room apartment with an area of 101 square meters with a balcony of about 12 square meters was sold in the Jordan River project in the Park Vineyards district.
The Park Vineyards is one of the largest projects in Kiryat Gat, which is based in part on urban renewal in the construction and evacuation route, and will contain a total of 2,728 housing units, the first phase of the project includes 527 apartments in 7 buildings of 9-16 floors, of which about 100 apartments are intended for the apartment owners who are vacating and the rest will be offered for sale.
As part of the project, 3- and 4-room apartments of various sizes, garden apartments, mini-penthouses and penthouses will be offered.
Rich interest and leisure centers will be established in every building in the district, such as tenants' clubs with shared work spaces and play areas for children.
Building permits are expected to be received by the end of November 2022 and occupancy is expected by June 2026.
Price: NIS 1.681 million
