Finance Minister Avigdor Lieberman is appearing to hear for the first time the industry's senior officials about the difficulties in implementing the housing policy to lower housing prices.
The Minister of Finance will refer to the government's plan to lower apartment prices and link them to the publications of the Central Bureau of Statistics.
To the credit of the Minister of Finance, it should be noted that he did not honestly promise a drop in prices when he took office, knowing that this is a long-term task that requires structural changes.

During the meeting, the heads of the industry, led by the Foundation for the Development and Encouragement of the Construction Industry and the Association of Contractors Building the Land, will present their own plan to lower housing prices, with a precedent-setting commitment by the business sector to lower prices if the state floods the market with apartments as requested.
At the same time,
Yogev Gerdos, who is in charge of budgets at the Ministry of Finance
, will appear, who will talk about the state's and its coffers' struggle with the cost of living and the need for a roof over their heads.
