Tomorrow, the activities of the First National Conference on Quality and Food Safety 2022 will be launched under the slogan of the quality of food industries and the prospects for their development in the Syrian Arab Republic, at the Sheraton Hotel in Damascus.
Representatives from the Center for Scientific Studies and Research, Damascus University, FAO, the Technical Institute for Laser Research, the General Authority for Biotechnology, the Syrian Arab Standards and Metrology Organization, the Syrian Chemical Society and other local and foreign bodies and institutions will participate in the conference, which is organized by the Syrian Scientific Society for Quality in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and in partnership with Business Excellence. Which deals with the food sector, food industries and safety.
The conference activities include presentations and discussions on technical regulations, food standard specifications, quality of manufacturing machines, standards of international organizations, food safety management system, the role of fraud detection in food safety, factors of corruption and quality, and others.
