At a time when the government is making prevention a pillar of health policy – it has announced the creation of three assessment consultations at key ages in life – complementary health and businesses also have a role to play.
Malakoff Humanis, a major player in social protection, is launching My Cardio Report to prevent cardiovascular disease, the second leading cause of death in France after cancer.

Member companies will be able to offer this report to all their employees, regardless of their age or status.
“Senior managers are sometimes entitled to regular health checks, others are not.
There, we are targeting everyone, ”
explains Laurent Borella, the health director of Malakoff Humanis.
The principle is simple: the employee completes an in-depth confidential questionnaire online, and an algorithm calculates a risk profile.
If necessary, the employee is then referred either to a partner pharmacist to take additional measures (glycaemia, heart rate, etc.), or to a doctor from the Livi network to carry out a teleconsultation.
In the end, he receives a personalized assessment, advice, if necessary treatment, and a report for his attending physician.
For member companies and for Malakoff Humanis, which finances this service 100%, prevention must make it possible to avoid higher costs in work stoppages and heavier care.
Launched in October with large companies, My cardio report will be extended from November to VSEs and SMEs.
