After his studies in architecture, Arthur Lapeyrère, 37, worked in Barcelona and then in London in the architecture firm Foster + Partners.
He returned to France in 2019. He was then hired by the shared office manager WeWork.
He was the manager in charge of the "virtual design and construction" department.
“From my first years of architecture, I was interested in digital twins,
says Arthur Lapeyrère.
In 2003, the use of digital tools was just beginning in our businesses.
I learned a lot at Foster + Partners and WeWork.
Both companies were very advanced in this area.”
In 2021, he decided to take the specialized master's degree (MS) in sustainable real estate and building, energy and digital transition at École des ponts.
"I was looking for an executive master linking real estate to building around the sustainable dimension, to enrich my knowledge, strengthen my profile and meet the needs of the sector"
, he explains.
