The Euro, the British Pound, and the Swedish Krona rose against the US dollar today, as traders focus on evaluating a large number of economic data.
Reuters reported that the pound rose 0.6 percent to $1.1830, near the highest level in two and a half months.
The euro rose to $1.0418, the highest level since early July.
The Swedish krona recorded a strong rise against the US dollar, after data showed that inflation in Sweden rose less than expected last October, and the currency rose 1 percent to 10.3900 kroner per dollar.
The dollar index, which measures the performance of the greenback against six currencies, including the pound and the euro, fell 0.7 percent to $106.18, briefly touching its lowest level in three months.
