The number of companies created in France once again increased in October, for the fifth consecutive month, according to data published Friday by INSEE.
Business creations, numbering 93,227 in October, are up 1.7% compared to September.
The increase is explained by the dynamism of the creation of micro-enterprises (+4.2% over one month), which compensates for the decline in traditional businesses (-2.3%).
