Novak indicated that the volume of trade exchange between Russia and China in the energy sector increased by 64 percent in monetary terms and by 10 percent in physical terms.
With regard to trade between Russia and China, Novak said: Moscow and Beijing are turning to settlements in national currencies in energy supplies, and that the ruble and yuan are already being used in gas payments.
