Twenty years after she scorched the TV screen in the series "Tironon", Sharon Zlikovsky is still recognized on the street.

Uri Barbash's "Tironon" aired in prime time on Channel 2 on Fridays for three seasons and received a 40 percent rating.

Zelikowski, who was 27 years old, played alongside Aki Avni a beautiful officer with a smoky voice.

Hayom Zelikovsky (52 years old, mother of 17-year-old Tomi, lives in Ramat Hasharon) is a successful woman, self-confident, and dedicates her days to meaningful action within the framework of ventures she establishes and admires.

She recently established a project of life skills through a theater called PLAN BE, with which she travels around the country and trains teachers and teaching staff according to a method she developed, a consultant in the business field, accompanies cross-organizational processes, coaches managers, leads development workshops for a team of managers.

Among other things, she comes to cities from the Arab sector, such as Umm Al Faham, Kfar Kesem, Kfar Qara and conveys her message.

"I work with the Ministry of Education and serve as a consultant in everything related to content for teachers and development for managers and staff. In all the cities in the Arab sector I am received very well. They respect me a lot. They listen, enjoy and I bring them many things related to the game and they become free through practice. In Arab society people They

are very restrained, meticulous and there is a lot of politics.

Something in the workshop liberates them. They are educated and enlightened and want peace and quiet and tranquility. Most of the residents of Umm Al Fahm are people who are on the loose in Arab society with their families. There are clans and they are in a social mess and feel deprived, and I come without judgment. I speak I am at eye level with them, I establish continuous contact with them, they go through a process, they consult with me."

I can't help but think that on TV, in "The Apprentices", you played a combat officer

"True. But I don't know how aware they are of my publication. They know that I'm an actress and some of them recognized me, but that's not a factor. I arrive clean and create a pleasant and relaxed space, creating intimacy and it's not obvious that they cooperate with me that way. That's where it's exciting me more than other places. When an Arab manager cries and tells me his life story, and I give him a view from a different angle, that of profit, how do you see what is, stop thinking victim and start thinking and creating, I see the change."

Zelikowski got off the prime time stage and went on another stage, for her more significant.

She is a partner in the change and development of society and community as part of a joint project with the R&D division of Educational Spaces, develops innovative and creative content, guides in the education system and creates process workshops for the development of managers and teams, in the medium to long term.

As part of another educational venture she founded, My story, Zelikovsky fulfills a vision with the knowledge and understanding that every boy and girl deserves to reach the full potential within them. "The idea is to believe in myself and learn to love who I am because of who I am.

We are a reflection of the reality that occurs in our lives.

It is important for us to teach the students to take responsibility for their lives, to understand that everything is in their hands and everything can change exactly as they wish.

Through the 16-session workshop, I give tools for personal empowerment and each student goes through a process with himself and understands his strength.

He gets tools to stand on stage, write, create, express himself."

It's a process

"I don't believe in "Zabang and we're done". Creating change takes time. A 3-6 hour workshop will not make a "difference" but will only illuminate the problem and raise awareness. That is not the goal."

What is the goal?

"My goal in everything I do is first of all to do it well, the best and beyond that, it's important to me to contribute, it's important to me to impart practical tools and to respond correctly to needs and challenges. As a student I was shy of managers. Today I feel that I am on their side, advising them, accompanying them them in facing challenges. Today I am proud of myself and where I have reached on my own. I am in a good place."

After a long period of self-searching and searching for happiness, Zelikowski internalized that even if she was loved, her self-love would not increase.

"I thought that if I had more fans I would be worth more, more pages in the pony newspaper would fly for me, but that's not what happens in reality. The more the fans and suitors multiplied, the stronger the question marks became. I didn't believe them, it didn't fill the hole, what I needed. Success and publicity did not bring self-love with them. Apparently there are no shortcuts."

Where does happiness come from?

"Only from self-affirmation and inner happiness. I accept myself, understand my strengths as well as my weaknesses, I have both, I don't need anything but a bed and food. I don't compare, I'm less self-critical."

Back in the days when she couldn't walk down the street, Zelikowski, still beautiful, and now aware of herself and her surroundings, didn't realize how high her status was.

A year before she starred in prime time on Channel Two, she finished her acting studies at the "Beit Zvi" school.

A decade before, the last famous student, Rita, left the school gates.

Then Zlikowski came.

"There is a huge gap between how you are seen on the outside and your self-concept," she says.

"Although I couldn't walk down the street, everywhere they called me 'the commander', they asked for autographs and took pictures with me, and on the other hand I was frightened, I was stressed, I was afraid of not living up to expectations, I had anxieties that paralyzed me. At the time, no one talked about it and I tried to hide it and it was a terrible suffering No one prepares you in acting studies for such a level of fame. You're not quite ready yet, you haven't gone through enough yet and here, the dream has come true. I got a stunning and exciting start and instead of flying on myself I shut down and got scared."

How do you understand it today?

"Today I can define it as the 'imposter syndrome'. I still hadn't done enough to get the high titles and it made me feel that the lie would be discovered in a moment. I never felt like a star."

Why?

"Because there is something unnatural in advertising. The media makes you a star or not. As long as you appear in prime time, you are a star, the media is interested in you, but as soon as you are no longer there, you are no longer interesting. Today it is a job. At the time, I was preoccupied with my image and how I Outwardly, in my perception I had a great weight on my shoulders.

I played a female lead role of a commander and the majority around me were men. By the way, this also corresponded to my real groundbreaking military service at the time, where I was an infantry instructor.

In the role of Noya, who fights for her place and equal opportunities, I identified, I felt that she was a fighter for justice, which is an important role.

She had a strong statement.

She represented female strength and power and I failed in making a separation between me and her.

In my view then I was fine."

"As an actress who plays a character, I bring colors from my real self so that my character is round. In life itself I have a lot of colors. We all have all the colors and the actor's talent is to bring the right colors to a specific character."

She later played in the Chamber Theater and took lead roles in many plays, including "Lisistrata", "Best Friends", "They will arrive tomorrow" and "Motodela", appeared in the Alley Theater, and hosted several TV and radio shows.

At the same time she became a mother and experienced a change.

"I found myself getting divorced close to giving birth, I had been waiting to be a mother all my life and I did not agree to miss it. I dedicated myself to motherhood and my development. I realized that in order to have a healthy and happy child I had to be happy and that's where I directed my life."

Then they said you disappeared

"I did a lot of roles, also in the theater where the exposure is much more limited than the television media, especially during my rookie days when there was only one commercial channel. In our industry, the stars on duty change quickly. Every few years another star or other star arrives. Today it's in bunches. Each of us becomes an actor, Every reality show makes you a star. There are scumbags. I come from a different generation, where studies were sacrosanct and a lot of respect for the stage and the profession. Unfortunately, this is a treacherous field, users and throwaways. No one saves you the grace of youth, and I have been hurt more than once by decisions and actions."

Zelikovsky continued her work on television: she was an extreme reporter on the program "SportTV" on channel 2, she hosted alongside Elon Ben Yosef the mysticism track "Everything is Written" and even played the main role of a police officer in the series "Criminal Report" by Haim Bozaglo and a surrogate mother in Globus' "Intensive Care" group.

And of course she also had an unforgettable flash in "Traffic Light".

At the same time, she began to study sati training, a transformative consciousness, after several years of studying the "Yamima method", she began to practice yoga and pilates and even worked with the elderly within the NARA hospital founded by her parents, a vascular professor and an operating room nurse. What's his and soft. She got off the stage.

A few years ago, Zelikowski released her first and only album "My Voice" which she wrote and composed (Natan Cohen was the music producer) with her very special voice. Today she helps others find their voice. "There were times when I suffered from my voice My.

In Beit Zvi it was an unusual voice, they didn't let me sing in the choir in voice A.

Anything unusual is looked at with a raised eyebrow.

Today I know that thanks to my voice I got roles but they don't give me soft characters.

I have an authoritative voice and the album, for me, was a dream come true."
