Gold prices rose today in the local market by 4 thousand pounds for the 21 karat, compared to its previous price, which was a record of 266 thousand pounds.
According to the bulletin issued by the Craftsmanship Association for Drafting and Jewelry Making in Damascus today, a gram of 21-carat gold recorded a selling price of 270 thousand Syrian pounds, and a purchase price of 269,500 pounds, while the price of an 18-carat gram sold 231,429 thousand pounds, and a purchase of 230,929 pounds.
The association emphasized the commitment of craftsmen to the pricing issued by it, calling on citizens wishing to buy gold not to pay for it except according to the bulletin issued by the association, and distributed phone numbers for complaints 2248005 and 0991937718.
