Philippe Sadorge began his career in new real estate in 2008 as a land developer and then as commercial director.
In 2014, he founded Neovarim with the desire to write his own page and with the wish to develop a shared commercial direction on behalf of promoters.
A strategy that allows it to intervene as an advisor upstream of the projects of the forty promoters who trust it.
In 2017, the company is structured and the holding company is created.
Several subsidiaries have since come to enrich the group and general managers have been recruited for their expertise, their business skills (marketing, social accession, etc.) or their regional knowledge.
Historically established in Île-de-France, Neovarim has developed in the Rhône-Alpes, PACA and Brittany regions.
The group now has around fifty employees.
At the same time, the group has developed a communication agency whose specialty is to provide an answer to the different needs of promoters and their projects.

Anticipating high-potential devices: the case of the BRS
In 2019, Neovarim positioned itself on the social home ownership market with the creation of its subsidiary Neovarim Access.
The objective is to provide a commercial solution and to support professionals in the sector in the context of operations in Bail Réel Solidaire (BRS), in Social Loan for Accession Rental (PSLA) and in sales of HLM in the old.
A niche market at the time, the sector has since developed, in particular due to inflation and the rapid rise in interest rates which deprive many households of free access.
By choosing to work around this technical device, Neovarim was able to confirm its ability to set up operations, market them and support buyers in their search for financing.
The company also regularly supports OFS in creation.
Integrated into the town planning code by the Alur law (law for access to housing and renovated town planning), these non-profit organizations acquire and manage land within the framework of operations in BRS.
A human adventure above all
Impacted by the drop in supply during the Covid-19 pandemic, Neovarim was able to recompose its stock and return to levels higher than those before the crisis with now more than 800 homes available for purchase.
More focused on the life experiences and personality of its employees, the group regularly recruits new talents based on their interpersonal skills and desires, who share the founding values of the company: high standards, commitment , friendliness and team spirit.
A training course focused on legal, financial, tax and sales techniques is then offered to them to complete their integration.
