committed Wednesday Marc Fesneau, the Minister of Agriculture, on the sidelines of the launch of the six-month consultation aimed at identifying avenues for reform.
Grouped together in a pact, these tracks will serve as the basis for the bill.
His philosophy?
Sustain the French agricultural model.
Both by attracting new farmers - 20,000 per year are needed according to the ministry - but also by allowing new settlers to adapt to climate change.
