The legal calendar is accelerating for Go Sport.
The commercial court of Grenoble (Isère), which heard this Monday morning the representatives of the employees as well as the management of the brand, owned for a year by Hermione People and Brands (HBP), finally put its decision under advisement. Wednesday.
The stakes are high: whether this chain is in cessation of payments and, if so, what action to take to try to save the 234 stores and 2,160 employees concerned.
Go Sport, like Camaïeu, liquidated at the end of September 2022, were both bought by HPB, the distribution arm of Financière Immobilière Bordelaise (FIB) owned by businessman Michel Ohayon.
