Gold prices in the local market rose nine thousand Syrian pounds from the price announced last Monday.
According to the bulletin issued by the Craftsmanship Association for Drafting and Jewelry Making in Damascus today, a gram of 21-carat gold recorded a selling price of 308,000 Syrian pounds, and a purchase price of 307,500 pounds, while the 18-carat gram reached a selling price of 264,000 pounds and a purchase of 263,500 pounds.
The price of a gram of gold in the local market was recorded on the nineteenth of this month, the 21 carat, the selling price of 299 thousand Syrian pounds, and the purchase price of 298,500 pounds, while the 18-carat gram reached a selling price of 256,286 pounds, and a purchase of 255,786 pounds.
