The CEO of SNCF Voyageurs, Christophe Fanichet, announced this Wednesday morning on France Info that travelers whose train was canceled this weekend due to the strike will benefit from a 200% refund of their ticket.
“I am announcing that we will reimburse for travelers who will not be able to circulate 200% reimbursement.
It is a very special period, this strike is unacceptable so we owed this gesture to our customers, ”he assured France Info.
Concretely, a one-way ticket to Strasbourg which cost 100 euros will be reimbursed 200 euros to its buyers.
The exchanges will be completely free, he recalls.
