Elbit Systems has announced that it has won a contract worth approximately $36 million to supply four mission training simulators for F-16 aircraft for the Polish Air Force.
The contract will be executed in a period of 28 months.
The simulation technology at the core of the mission training center enables high quality training and improves mission readiness.
The linked simulators, which include a 360-degree display system, provide a complete training experience with a high level of reliability.
By providing a realistic flight experience without safety limitations, Elbit Systems' training solution will provide the F-16 pilots in the Polish Air Force with a wide range of skills, from basic familiarization with the aircraft to combat flight capabilities in complex operational arenas.
The training and simulation technologies of Elbit Systems can additionally provide the future simulation infrastructure of the Polish Air Force, in a way that will allow a link to other systems for training and virtual training in real time.
