The discontent continues to rise about the Navigo pass.
After a rise from 75.20 euros to 84.10 euros, a technical incident reinforces the anger of travelers.
This Tuesday morning, some had the unpleasant surprise of being debited several times by Île-de-France Mobilités.
The sums are substantial: 252 euros for one, 336 euros for others and up to 588 euros for a user.
This event occurs "
the month when the pass increases while traveling in appalling conditions
", exasperated a user.
Despite multiple attempts to recharge the Navigo pass, the pass was still not active, blocking dozens of passengers at the entrances to the metros.
Some even had to buy a disaster ticket to be able to move.
Faced with multiple messages on Twitter, Île-de-France Mobilités indicated a “
technical problem with the application
”.
The company also apologized before specifying the end of the incident around 11 a.m. on Tuesday.
For impacted travelers, "
refunds will be made automatically, without the need to go through the application's after-sales service
".
However, many Internet users are wondering about the repayment period.
Île-de-France Mobilités should provide more information by the end of the day.
