The company transported an average of 110,000 passengers each day between December 22 and January 3.
Travelers also took their reservations late on all networks, including medium and long-haul.
A new agreement under discussion
But the social weather, calm during the end-of-year holidays, could warm up in the coming weeks.
Indeed, the professional elections take place next March which could cause social unrest.
In addition, the hostesses and stewards of Air France have still not signed a new collective agreement while the previous one expired last October.
They are currently operating under the old rules pending a new agreement.
The sticking point relates in particular to the composition of long-haul crews.
Management proposes a ratio of one cabin crew member for 50 passengers instead of 48 today.
Will the trade unions step up to the plate in the coming weeks to ensure the confidence and the vote of the employees?
