The possibility of uploading the form that will allow prepaid medicine users to
pay less monthly fee expires today.
As of February, as established by the Superintendence of Health Services,
the increases in the fees of prepaid medicine companies will have a cap
for those with net income less than six minimum wages, that is, $392,562 with the January salary.

must complete a procedure that will be enabled until the 20th of each month.
On Thursday, complaints were pouring in because users were unable to complete the process due to a service failure.
However, on Friday morning, the Superintendency of Health Services reported that
"all care services"
of the agency are already working.
The inconveniences arose, as explained by the SSSalud, due to the explosion of a transformer on the public power line that exploded.
To complete the form, affiliates
must take into account their total monthly net income
, such as salaries, commissions, overtime, rents collected, interest received for fixed terms or other financial income, billing or sales amounts in the case of the monotributistas or self-employed.
If affiliates have a net income of less than 6 Minimum, Vital and Mobile Salary (SMVM)
, the increase in the February fee will be 4.91%.
On the other hand, if those net incomes
are higher than that ceiling or limit, the increase will be 8.21%.
To pay less, month by month, private medicine users must upload an affidavit on the website of the Superintendence of Health Services.
Prepaid: how to do the process
In the first place, to enter the Mi SSSalud Portal it is required to have
a Fiscal Code level 3 or higher
and add the Mi SSSSalud service to the tax code of the interested party.
If the interested party has not yet associated the Mi SSSalud service with the tax code, the AFIP indicates how to do it through an instruction.
Next, how is the step by step:
1. Enter the AFIP website with your CUIL and Fiscal Code.
The latter has to be Level 3 or higher.
Clarín Servicios prepared an instruction to know how to obtain the Level 3 tax key.
2. Secondly, you have to go to the menu: "Fiscal Key Relationship Manager" and click on the box.
3. And click on the "Add service" button.
Once that option is chosen, a list will be displayed.
4. In the list, look for the item Superintendencia de Salud, and click to select the available services.
Select "My SSSalud".
5. Once you have selected My SSSalud, you must confirm your adherence to the service.
Then, click on SETTINGS to go to another screen that will allow you to see all the permissions you have.
6. Once this procedure is done, close the session on the AFIP website, and that's it, the user is enabled to authenticate when entering the My SSSalud section
7. Once inside the Mi SSSalud portal, the user can choose the process of interest by clicking on the corresponding option.
Once you have chosen the option that leads to the form that must be completed (it is an
"Affidavit of Income"

The first declaration will take into account the net income of November 2022 and must be registered by "the owner user".
Once the service is adhered, you must enter directly to Mi SSSalud and click on the access to Affidavit for Prepaid Users.
To access the data upload form, go to "
new declaration".
This option will be visible from the 1st to the 20th of each month.
