The Russian company Gazprom announced that its gas supplies reaching Europe through the Suga crossing point stand at the lowest level, with a volume of 24.5 million cubic meters per day.
Tass news agency quoted a Gazprom representative as saying: “The company's supplies of Russian gas through Ukraine amounted to 24.5 million cubic meters, while Kyiv refuses to pump gas through Sukhranovka.
The transit line through Ukraine remains the only way to supply the countries of western and central Europe with Russian gas, as pumping through the northern stream has been completely suspended.
