The French pharmaceutical companies Aguettant and Delpharm applied for the takeover in mid-January, and submitted an offer which must be examined on Friday by the Commercial Court of Lille.
This offer provides for the takeover of at least 300 of the approximately 450 employees of the company placed in receivership on October 24.
It also provides for an immediate contribution of 5 million euros to consolidate the accounts and an investment of 20 to 25 million euros over three to four years, according to the court.

one of the last three
” companies to produce infusion bags in Europe “
and the last in France
