The first department for pets was opened last week at the Shufersal Deal branch in Kfar Saba and in the next two weeks a similar department will also be opened at Shufersal Deal branches in Petah Tikva, Beer Sheva, Tirat HaCarmel, Kiryat Bialik, Nesher and more.

The end consumer is not invited to the branches
If your next question will be interested in the possibility of arriving at the branches with the pet, then the answer is - no.
The regulation does not allow animals to enter the place where food products are sold and since this is an open department within the branch, it is not possible to go shopping with them, unless they are guide dogs of course.
At the same time, for the owners of four-legged pets, the new pet department promises to offer a unique and innovative shopping experience that includes customer service during the branch's operating hours as well as the assistance of specialized employees during peak hours, similar to stores specializing in the field.
