Elon Musk, who until recently held the dubious title of "the first man in history to lose more than 200 billion dollars" - and in the process lost the first place on the list of the world's richest people, recovered and became the richest man in the world.
According to Bloomberg.
Musk overtook Bernard Arnaud, the man who owns and manages the giant French concern LVMH, who was until now the richest businessman in the world.
Musk's fortune, which fell from close to $340 billion in November 2021 to $137 billion "only", a year later, in December 2022, rose again and is now estimated, according to Bloomberg, at $187 billion.
Larno, who dropped to second place on the list, has an estimated fortune of $185 billion.

The conquest of the top by Musk was possible after a nice increase in the shares of the company Tesla that he owns.
During the decline in his fortune, the company's stock faltered, both because of a drop in the capital markets and because of Musk's legal entanglement (which has since been resolved, on the suspicion that he used his Twitter account to influence the value of the company's shares) and also because of the purchase of Twitter and some puzzling moves Musk made after it.
Now Tesla's stock has gone back up, and as a result, Musk's private fortune has also increased.
