After months of negotiations, the Histadrut, the MAX workers' committee and the management of the credit company signed a grant in the total amount of NIS 35 million, subject to the completion of the sale transaction for all holdings

After many months of negotiations in the shadow of the sale of the credit and finance company MAX to Kahl Holdings, the Histadrut, the workers' committee and the company's management reached an agreement regarding a sales bonus for the employees.

The grant, in a total basket of NIS 35 million, will be distributed among the company's 1,500 male and female employees according to seniority.

The grant will be paid to the employees as early as April's salary, given that the sale transaction will be completed by this date.



Also, the collective agreement, which was to end this coming June, will be extended for another year (until June 2024), so that the company's employees will continue to benefit from the existing benefits and a salary increase of approximately 3.7 percent in accordance with the definitions.
