484 billion shekels. The state budget was submitted for consideration by the Knesset - voila! Of money

As reported yesterday in Vala, the budget does not include reference to coalition funds and does not take into account a possible decrease in state revenues as a result of the legal legislation


The government approved the state budget and the Settlements Law for 2023-2024 (Walla system!)

The Ministry of Finance announced that the state budget and the economic plan for the years 2023-2024 were placed on the Knesset table.

The state budget for 2023 will be about 484 billion shekels and in 2024 about 514 billion shekels.



According to the Ministry of Finance's announcement, "the economic plan presented to the Knesset will address the structural problems of the economy, focusing on several key goals: reducing the cost of living, increasing competition and reducing centralization in the economy, accelerating national infrastructure projects and handling the housing market, streamlining the public sector, reducing bureaucracy and regulation for the business sector and a citizen and a war on black capital."



The main reforms included in the economic plan are also detailed:


- the National Infrastructures Law


- the fund to increase investment in the resident and to encourage housing


- reform in the district planning and construction committees


- reform in the rental market


- reducing the regulatory burden on food products and fruits and vegetables in order to reduce the cost of living


- reducing the phenomenon of doubling health insurance


-Increasing competition in the payments market


-Charging for transferring funds between P2P applications


-Increasing transparency in bank fees


-Reducing distortions in the insurance and savings brokerage industry


-Increasing competition in the insurance and pension savings


brokerage industry -Easing the bureaucratic requirements of a small dealer


-Change in regulation to encourage development and innovation in pharmacy


-Transition from slip Written salary for a digital slip


- Alleviating burdens and improving availability in the public health system


- Reducing black capital, crime in the gray market and the use of cash


- Reducing the use of fictitious invoices
