A new role for Ayelet Shaked: Chairwoman of the "Schneider Center Trustees" association that works for the benefit of the Schneider Center for Pediatrics.
Shaked is the chairman of the Cardan Real Estate Group, former Minister of the Interior and Justice and member of the Security Political Cabinet.
Shaked replaces Avigdor Itzhaki, who has held the position for the past two years.
According to Dr. Efrat Baron Harlev, director of the Schneider Center for Pediatrics: "The management of the Schneider Center and I congratulate Ayelet Shaked as well as the Friends Association, on the new appointment and wish Ayelet much success and fruitful endeavors.
I am sure that her many years of experience and public activity will greatly contribute to the joint work of the hospital staff and the association for the children treated by us.
I would like to thank the members of the association and especially the outgoing chairman, Mr. Avigdor Itzhaki, for the extensive activity led by the association to promote the hospital and for the children."
