Shufersal Group's stores operating under the Cash & Carry format serve as a "supermarket for business owners" and address small retail points of sale as well as fast food and hospitality businesses, with the aim of offering them a full and appropriate variety at affordable prices.
In January 2018, the first store opened under this format in Beer Ya'akov.
The second branch was inaugurated by the chain in June 2020 in the city of Haifa and now it is launching the 3rd branch in the city of Ashdod, (at 16 Boushem Street) and it is intended to serve businesses such as: containers, mini markets, and kiosks as well as other businesses in the fast food sector such as: restaurants, cafes, cafeterias and so'.
In the first stage, the business customers will come and purchase physically at the branch and after a short period it will also allow online purchase through a dedicated website/application.
The branch will also allow purchasing using the just in time (JIT) delivery method, that is, production only after the order has been placed, with the aim of keeping a low inventory of certain products and thus reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
The new branch will be spread over approximately 5,000 square meters, will provide a convenient and easy shopping experience and will allow the diverse purchase of thousands of products under one roof (ONE STOP SHOP) in a variety of products and categories. The operating hours of the new branch in Ashdod will be: 06:00-18:00
Business owners will benefit from purchasing all products in one place and on one invoice - food products (dry, chilled and frozen), fruits and vegetables, pharmaceutical and cleaning products, cigarettes, alcohol, NF and more

In the new branch, a professional kitchen complex was built for the first time, which will be used for the exposure and demonstration of food products and NF products according to the target audience (as is accepted in the Cash & Carry format in the world's leading chains).
In the kitchen, professional workshops will be held for customers in the professional/institutional sector as well as in the retail sector, thereby providing additional and unique value to customers.

Shufercell expands the platform in the institutional market
