Jean-Pierre has only one word in his mouth when it comes to describing his recruitment campaign as seasonal workers for the summer period. "Catastrophic, really catastrophic!" he repeats. The restaurateur, owner of an establishment in the port of Saint-Goustan, in Auray (Morbihan), has been looking for several weeks for at least three people – two in the kitchen, one in the dining room – to fill his team with four permanent employees. "And nothing happens! Still, I'm making efforts... " he whispers. Offers objectively attractive conditions, in a sector that suffers from a lack of attractiveness since the health crisis.
